InSense Dynamix’s flagship Leadership Effectiveness, Action and Development (LEAD) programme is designed to help current and developing corporate leaders empower and understand themselves. This equips them to inspire others to perform at higher levels to promote a culture of excellence.

EQ @ Work

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions as well as those of other those around you. Employees with a high degree of emotional intelligence can discern between different feelings, categorize them appropriately, and use emotional information direct thinking and behavior to adapt to any given situation.

Emotional intelligence is a skill and approach that can be understood, practiced, and mastered. By having a thorough understanding of the five pillars of EQ, you can create a personalized roadmap for your team's growth and maturity.

After the EQ @ Work programme, participants will be able to:

StorySelling

The success of communication is the duplication of your thoughts, ideas and vision in the minds of the people hearing your message. Storytelling is an intrinsic and very effective method to clearly communicate options, opportunities and potential solutions.

Story-sellers weave stories around their brands and use a combination of emotion and logic to build trust and elicit a response. However, the art to do this effectively, be it in the boardroom, sales call, virtual classroom, work room or at home, remains an elusive skill.

The StorySelling Programme is geared toward allowing the participants the opportunity to understand the fundamentals of storytelling and story selling and give them an opportunity to put the skills into practice through a practical session.

Outcomes

After the StorySelling Programme, participants will be able to:

 

  • Identify the various StorySelling outcomes and styles, as well as their own preferred approach
  • Understand and apply an intrinsic mindsets of sales, making things better for my customer and my customer’s customer
  • Tell & sell engaging stories which will deliver impacts and benefits to their prospects
  • As the final outcome, each participant will deliver his/her 15-minute presentation to a select group of 3-4 other participants and guests. The presentation will be followed by a 5 minute Q&A about the content of the presentation.

Delivery

The StorySelling Programme consists of three online workshops (spread over 3-5 weeks) to focus on the various aspects of StorySelling & delivery.

The first two sessions will be 2h30 in length, with the third/final session being a number of small group presentation sessions which will be 2h00 in length each.

During the third/final session, each participant will deliver a prepared 15-minute presentation on a sales topic with a company product focus.

Leading Through Change

Leading Your Team in Times of Change

Sometimes it sneaks up on you, sometimes it wacks you over the head, but the one thing that remains is change. Our ability to deal with change is a predictor of the long lasting effect that change will have on our companies and lives.

During the Leading Through Change programme, participants are introduced to the Change Cycle: a change management model that depicts our human experience of each stage of change. Using the The Locator , participants are able to pinpoint where they are within the 6 stages, be it the stage of Loss, Doubt, Discomfort, Discovery, Understanding or Integration.

Using a traffic light metaphor, participants will know when to stop, proceed cautiously or go full throttle depending on the stage of change they or their team find themselves in.

Outcomes

During this workshop participants will:

 

  • Separate the predictable and unpredictable characteristics of change
  • Learn how to effectively identify the various stages of change
  • Discover how to deal with the emotions and behaviours associated with each stage

With many preparing their contributions for various annual Summits, more and more executives and presenters have identified the need to be better prepared and skilled to present in front of a live audience, via online conferencing of a hybrid of these formats.

To master the art of presenting, participants need to understand and utilize the fundamental truths of effective communication and have a safe and structured environment in which to practice and improve the skill.

The topics of the speeches will be company focussed and will be decided upon in collaboration with the participants’ peers and seniors.
