Established in 2017 by Louis & Pauli Nigrini, InSense Dynamix is a South African based Corporate Communication Training company. We focus on the development of teams, individuals as well as all levels of management, inspiring development in companies through their leaders and managers.

About Me

Louis Nigrini
Director and CEO

As a leader, business owner, manager, mentor, author, and award-winning public speaker Louis Nigrini draws from over 23 years of experience to maximize his clients’ potential, taking workshop participants and coaches from awareness to action and accountability.

He trains and coaches leaders, managers, and individuals from JSE & Euronext N.V. listed companies, small businesses, NGOs, and multi-national & governmental institutions on five different continents.

As a facilitator with years of experience and more than 750 hours of online facilitation and coaching under his belt, Louis is well versed in delivering interactive and transformational face-to-face as well as online coaching and training events.

Louis is a podcast connoisseur, co-hosting the Amazing Meeting Podcast. As a father of 2 boys, Louis has a healthy fascination with Lego, Superman and Calvin & Hobbs. He loves the performing arts and has contributed to many shows as performer, play-write and director.

Pauli Nigrini
Creative Director

As a former special needs educator, blogger, business owner, mentor and Personal Development Coach, Pauli draws from her education and training background to create workshops and courses that creatively inspire and speak to the core of leadership & self-management.

Pauli has created various training courses for multi-national companies and is also involved in the facilitation of these programs as a producer. She is the founder of Petaloudas, an inspiration platform which also includes The Butterfly Diaries Blog.

Pauli has a deep passion for the performing arts and the impact it can have on young performers and audiences. Pauli and Louis have penned more than ten stage productions for children and love being involved with the production and direction of these and future productions.
